The program is uniquely designed for International Professionals in AU who are:

· Hoping to improve English language and communication skills at work

· In need of support to achieve a certain IELTS target band

· Lost in the sea of conflicting advice when it comes to job hunting and interviewing

· Working on overcoming communication challenges to advance their career

· Inspired to unlock their leadership potential and realize remarkable personal growth

The program consists of four courses; you can pick and choose any of the four courses:

Learn the language skills you need to become a confident communicator

Get Equipped with all the tools you need to achieve your target IELTS result

Accelerate your career growth by becoming a master communicator, and

Develop leadership skills through advanced communication and personal transformation

You have the flexibility to choose from single session, subscription and package. All sessions are 1:1 and delivered online. You choose your preferred timeslot at booking and can reschedule sessions, pause, roll over and cancel subscriptions at any time.

e.g. George started with Equip and later on moved to Accelerate.

e.g. Stephanie started with Learn and later on moved to Develop.

e.g. May only took 3 single sessions for job interview coaching under Accelerate.

e.g. Viv started with Develop and is now in our R.A.P.I.D. program with a First Gen Scholarship.

In our discovery session, we will get to know each other and based on your unique situation and goals, we will agree on a plan. The plan includes:

· The most suitable course for you as part of a holistic learning/development plan

· The potential duration and the level of effort required

· How I customize my coaching to achieve your desired result in the most effective way possible
