FAQ'S

You cannot reschedule or cancel a group lesson. If you wish to change your on-going time slot, please contact Phoebe Han at least 2 weeks before your subscription renews. If you are late for a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time. You will not be refunded for any time that you miss. Refunds are not available for sessions that have been completed. If you are not satisfied with your session, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Unused credits on your subscriptions cannot be refunded or transferred. Confidentiality: All information shared during coaching and teaching sessions remain 100% confidential. Payment: Payment for sessions is due at the time of booking.
